RD Studio offers digital products (including but not limited to Revit families, Dynamo scripts, and CAD files). Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and download links are provided.

Please ensure you have carefully read the product descriptions and compatibility requirements before making a purchase.

EU & UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal Waiver

In accordance with European Union and United Kingdom consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun.

By completing your purchase on our website:

1. You expressly consent to the immediate delivery and execution of the digital product(s) upon successful payment.

2. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content delivery has begun.

You hereby agree that this Refund Policy, your purchases, and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the State of Israel.
